Airguard Vari-Pak Filters are designed for medium and high efficiency applications and offer long service life. Four efficiency ranges are offered: 45-55%, 60-65%, 80-85%, and 90-95%. The product is totally disposable. The rigid, compact construction makes Vari-Pak an ideal product for variable air volume systems, as performance is not affected by changes in air flow or by shutdown.

Vari-Pak Air Filters are used in a wide variety of applications. They are ideally suited for commercial buildings, schools, as well as industrial applications. The wide range of efficiencies and the rigid compact design make this an excellent product for upgrading current systems as well as for new installations.

The Components Utilized in Vari-Paks are of the Highest Quality

The filter media is an ultra fine micro glass fiber, specifically produced for each efficiency range. The air leaving side of the media is reinforced by a high strength, spun bond synthetic scrim backing.
A metal support grid is bonded to the media to eliminate the possibility of media fluttering while in operation. The media grid also maintains the pleat configuration.
The enclosure frame, or cell side is galvanized steel, insuring the filter a rigid and durable housing. The frame, and the media pack are sealed over 100% of the interior surface of the cell side. In addition, all metal diagonal front and rear support members are attached to the air entering and air leaving sides of the cell for added rigidity and protection.
Media stabilizers reinforce and shape the media pleats, insuring that configuration is maintained throughout the life of the filter. The design of the pleat offers maximum media utilization and dust holding capabilities for extended filter life. Media stabilizers are all metal.
