Airguard Industries Microguard 99 HEPA and ULPA Filters

99.97%, 99.99%, and 99.999% on .3 micron particles

The Microguard 99 HEPA filters offer a wide range of sizes, efficiencies and component materials. Whether the application calls for high temperature, hostile environmental conditions, or hazardous retention and disposal, Airguard engineers will develop an individual design for specific applications. Microguard 99 HEPA filters are separator style air filters capable of achieving efficiency levels of 99.97%, 99.99%, and 99.999% on .3-micron particles.

Airguard Industries offers the Microguard 99 product line to meet the needs of customers' current conditions. Testing is performed using the level required by individual application. These include:

HEPA Filters - 99.97% and 99.99% minimum efficiency on .3 micron particles.

ULPA Filters - 99.999% minimum efficiency on .3 micron particles (.001 maximum penetration).

Laser Tested Filters - efficiencies of up to 99.9995% on particles as small as .12 microns can be measured with this testing method.

Whether through the use of DOP Testing (in accordance with the Edgewood Arsenal Instruction Manual 136-300-175) or a Dual Laser Spectrometer, Microguard 99 products are delivered with guaranteed efficiency, time after time.

Airguard Microguard 99 HEPA filters off a broad range of component materials to accommodate a wide range of applications. These include:

High Temperature Applications - up to 750 degrees F.

Hostile Environmental Conditions - including acid resistant products, and for extreme moisture areas.

Critical Defense Systems – which includes Space Shuttle and Submarine Technology.

Side Access Applications - with special headers to accommodate existing sealing systems.

Gel Seal Installations - consisting of a gel filled channel for sealing the filter.

High Capacity Systems - individual units which will deliver 2000 CFM with operating velocities up to 500 FPM.
