INDOOR AIR QUALITY ASSESSMENT - Utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach, our experienced staff will perform a solutions oriented evaluation to determine the level and impact of the contamination in your HVAC System.

ROBOTIC VIDEO INSPECTIONS is ways that customers can take a first hand look at what is inside their HVAC systems. This is done by a state of the art robotic video camera that can be recorded on VHS videotape. Often times this will determine if an indoor air quality problem exist or not.
BASIC TESTING is done by taking samples of air or particulate and sent to an independent laboratory for evaluation. Pricing is done on a per test basis.
IAQ PROFILE is a document prepared by Filter Maintenance Company which includes pictures of the HVAC system, test results performed by an independent lab, and recommendations for solving the IAQ problems caused by the HVAC system. This is a s useful document to present to the key decision makers of a facility with IAQ problems.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY REMEDIATION - With a permanent staff of HVAC mechanical hygienists, we will implement a source removal approach to restore the sanitation and efficiency of your mechanical equipment.

AIR HANDLER CLEANING includes the following:

Remove gross debris from internal surfaces of Air Handling Unit (AHU)
Clean coils, blowers, drip pans, and drain lines.
Sanitize internal surfaces of AHU with Fosters 4080 HVAC & Wall disinfectant.
Coat internal surfaces of AHU with Fosters 4020 Fungicidal Coating. (Optional)

AIR DUCT CLEANING includes the following:


Before Cleaning	After Cleaning

Clean all grills, registers, and diffusers.
Remove gross debris from inside air duct system
Sanitize entire system with Fosters 4080 HVAC disinfectant.
Coat internal surfaces with Fosters 4020 Fungicidal Coating (Optional)

AIR HANDLER REFURBISHMENT includes the following:

Remove existing internal insulation from the AHU.
Clean coils, blowers, drip pans, and drain lines.
Sanitize internal surfaces of AHU with Fosters 4080 HVAC & Wall Disinfectant.
Install and Armaflex Insulation system inside the AHU.
Coat internal surfaces of AHU with Fosters 4020 Fungicidal Protective Coating.
