Airguard offers a wide range of internally supported panel filters to meet virtually every air filtration requirement. Whether the application is general ventilation, air supply for paint spray booths, roof top package air conditioning systems, prefilters for higher efficiency types, fan coil units, or many others, Airguard produces a panel filter to fit the specific need.

All Airguard panel filters are self-sealing in front, rear, and side loading systems. All are available in link panels for side access housings.

SERIES 55 PANEL FILTERS

The Series 55 Panel Filter offers extremely high arrestance efficiency and outstanding durability. The product consists of two layers of polyester synthetic medias, heat-sealed and supported internally by a wire grid offering both perimeter and vertical stability. The air entry layer offers a screening capability while the air leaving section is an extremely dense maze of fibers designed to catch and hold the smallest of particles. The air leaving side of the media is surface coated with a highly prominent air filter tackifier, which remains operational throughout the life of the filter. The Series 55 is particularly popular in cross draft pain spray booths, and in high velocity air filtration applications.

SERIES N PANEL FILTERS

This filter is designed for conventional HVAC applications. The product consists of two layers of polyester synthetic air filter media with an internal wire ring support bonded between the media layers. The air entry layer is an open, coarse fiber media; while the air exit side is a dense high loft pad with a dry tackifier on the air-leaving surface. This product is recommended for applications requiring low airflow resistance and having normal operating conditions.

TRI-90 PANEL FILTERS

The TRI-90 Panel Filter offers a unique combination of three distinct media layers, with an interior wire support frame heat sealed for optimum product stability. The three media layers, all of polyester synthetic fibers of differing denier, offer an outstanding combination of high arrestance and dust holding capacity. A specially formulated tackifier on the air leaving side holds particles and prevents migration throughout the life of the filter.

TRI-90 Panels are used as primary filters in conventional air handling systems, in flat banks, on side loading housings, or as prefilters for high efficiency types.
